About this part
Brooks Instrument 1110-10H3B1A is a configured Full-View Model 1110, Size 10 industrial glass-tube variable-area flowmeter. Model 1110 uses horizontal NPT inlet and outlet fittings; Brooks specifies 3/4-inch female NPT connections for Size 10. The flow scale, calibration conditions, float, and seal materials remain configuration-specific and should be read from the instrument scale and nameplate

Installation and glass-tube safety
The Full-View meter must be installed and operated in accordance with glass-tube flowmeter precautions.
- Mount the meter within 6 degrees of true vertical, with flow entering at the bottom and leaving at the top.
- A bypass piping arrangement is recommended so the meter can be isolated for servicing and cleaning.
- Avoid pressure and flow surges, and never exceed the applicable pressure or temperature limits.
- Do not service or repair the meter while it is pressurized.
- The protective sleeve must remain over the Size 10 glass tube, and the meter windows must be securely fastened.
Replacement relationship
The Full-View 1100 Series is a legacy product. Brooks identifies the GT1600 Series as a configurable retrofit platform, but not as a universal one-code replacement for every 1110 configuration.
