Reference Archive Only

Sonisys is an industrial part reference archive. The site may display researched specifications, stored auction titles, historical prices, historical images, aliases, marketplace identifiers, and related reference material. This information is provided for research and identification only.

Sonisys is not a seller, reseller, broker, distributor, marketplace, appraiser, engineering consultant, safety consultant, or certification authority. Sonisys does not represent that any part is currently available, suitable for a particular purpose, safe to use, authentic, complete, calibrated, compliant, or correctly described by any third-party seller.

No Buying or Engineering Reliance

You are solely responsible for any buying, bidding, repair, installation, engineering, safety, compliance, or operational decision you make. Do not rely on Sonisys as the sole basis for purchasing, selling, installing, operating, repairing, calibrating, or certifying any equipment.

Before making any purchase or use decision, independently verify the part number, revision, configuration, gas/range, fittings, seals, voltage, communication interface, condition, seller claims, documentation, safety requirements, regulatory requirements, and manufacturer specifications.

Historical Auction Data

Historical auction data is evidence of past listings only. Recorded prices may reflect completed listings, active listings, lots, incomplete units, damaged units, used equipment, new-open-box equipment, seller errors, title errors, currency or shipping differences, or other conditions that materially affect value. Historical pricing is not a price guide, appraisal, current offer, stock claim, or recommendation.

Third-Party Sites and Affiliate Links

Sonisys may link to third-party sites, including eBay. Third-party listings, sellers, prices, descriptions, shipping, returns, taxes, condition claims, payment processing, and availability are controlled by those third parties, not Sonisys.

As an eBay Partner Network Affiliate, Sonisys may earn from qualifying purchases when you use eBay links. Affiliate links do not change our reference content, and they do not create any warranty, endorsement, or responsibility for third-party listings.

No Warranties

Sonisys is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonisys disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonisys and its owners, operators, contributors, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising from or related to your use of the site, your reliance on site content, third-party listings, purchasing decisions, equipment use, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, personal injury, property damage, or any dispute with a third party.

If any liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the total liability of Sonisys and its owners, operators, contributors, contractors, and affiliates will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid directly to Sonisys for use of the site in the six months before the claim or one hundred dollars.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sonisys and its owners, operators, contributors, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the site, your reliance on site content, your purchase or use of equipment, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

Sonisys content, layout, organization, text, generated data, and site design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal or internal business research. You may not scrape, republish, sell, bulk copy, or use the site to build a competing database without written permission.

Changes and Availability

Sonisys may change, remove, or update content, pages, features, policies, and these terms at any time. Sonisys may be unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate at times.

Governing Law and Venue

These terms and any dispute arising from or relating to Sonisys, site content, affiliate links, third-party links, or your use of the site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any lawsuit, claim, or proceeding arising from or relating to Sonisys must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts serving Collin County, Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts and waive objections based on inconvenient forum or improper venue.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
